Sosippos aus dem Demos Kydathenaion und seine Mitvorsitzenden.Beschluss von Rat und Volk; Phytios S.d. Pamphilos aus dem Demos Thorikosstellte den Antrag: Da Strombichos, früher im Heer gedientbei Demetrios und zurückbelassen in der Stadt zusammen mitSpintharos, als das Volk die Waffen für seine Freiheitergriff und auch an die Soldaten appellierte, sich auf Seitender Stadt zu stellen, dem Volk (in seinem Aufruf) zur Freiheit gefolgt unddie Waffen auf Seiten der Stadt ergriffen hat in der Ansicht, man dürfe sich nichtgegen die Interessen der Stadt stellen, sondern Miturheberfür die Rettung werden; er auch das Mouseion belagert hat zusammen mitdem Volk, und als der Stadt diese Aktionen gelungen waren,er unermüdlich auch weitere Dienste beständig erwiesenund festgehalten hat an seinem Wohlwollen für das Volk; undals der Krieg ausbracht, er sich als vortrefflicher Mann erwiesen - - - undin seinem Kampf alles diensteifrig getan hat, was der General anordnete;und er auch für die Zukunft ankündigt, Dienste zu erweisendem Volk der Athener - - -- - -
